JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager the intern position will offer a student work experience in Human Resources relating to their field of study.  This experience will be valuable to a student as a means of allowing them to experience how their studies are applied in the "real world" by touching vulnerable citizens lives and making a difference using automated tools and various systems and applications.

JOB DUTIES: 

-          Develop sourcing and recruitment documents.

-          Apply the principles, theories, and concepts of areas of study within academic discipline.  

-          Identify stress points, do root case analysis, solve problems with metrics and Key Performance Indicators.

-          Assist with the development of LEAN initiatives, outcomes and counter measures.

-          Collaborate in the development of Division initiatives.

-          Other duties as assigned as related to the position.

-          Candidate must be actively enrolled in graduate program pursuing a degree related in the area of the assignment.  Must have minimum 3.0 GPA.
