The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Analyst 3.. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining, enhancing and updating the Appeals Processing System used by the Appellate Services Administration (ASA)

- Granting access to entities, monitoring and auditing user activity

- Responsible for analyzing the scope of changes, coordinating and scheduling Systems and Programming

- Assists ASA and the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) office in Research, Analysis and Planning (RAP) as team leader: will plan, develop, direct, and review activities of staff with the transition to new operational, delivery and processing system for creation and management of appeals files

- Responsible for assisting ASA, and RAP with the identification, acquisition and deployment of a new case creation, processing and tracking system

- Serves as OnBase coordinator for ASA and the liaison with Clear2There, the vendor used by ASA to register parties for hearings and to record and archive those hearings

- - Monitor all of ASA’s operational systems to assure proper performance and timely attention to updates, additions or deletion of users, maintenance or changes mandated by law or supported programs.



 - Principles and techniques of automated information systems analysis, design modification and implementation

 - Knowledge of operational and programmatic structures, applicable legislation, rules, regulations, standards, policies, procedures, resources and priorities

- Planning, organization, and directing comprehensive processing and database systems

- Management complex procedures, analysis, techniques, and principles

- Able to express ideas and information clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally

- Use of personal and mainframe computers; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously

- Ability to quickly and effectively analyze problems and implement solutions

- Preference to two years of management analysis experience appropriate to assignment; or four years of appropriate experience; A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field appropriate to assignment will substitute for one or two years of required experience respectively
