The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Network Supervisor. This position is responsible for the supervision of Habilitation Services Project Coordinators including Network Staff. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing direct supervision and coaching to Network staff including Residential Coordinators, Home and Community Based (HCBS) Coordinators, Housing Specialists and the Day Treatment Coordinators

- Ensuring that Network staff has updated information regarding policy and procedures to include certification/licensing and contractual requirements for all purchased services

- Maintaining positive relationships with DES Licensing Certification and Regulation and the qualified vendor community to develop positive outcomes for members and families

- Overseeing training, contracts, and registration of Qualified Vendors and Independent Providers

- Monitoring budgets, programmatic issues, and compliance for all residential placements as well as working collaboratively with the DDD contracts and program monitoring areas

- Meeting regularly with Network staff located in Southeastern Arizona


Minimum Requirements

- Possess an active and valid driver’s license with 5 or fewer points on driving record



- Demonstrated experience in training development and facilitation

- Case management experience in the social service field

- Strong decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships

- Advanced conflict resolution techniques

- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation skills


Preferred Qualifications

- Two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities

- Experience in a supervisory role is desirable
