The Human Resources Administration (HRA) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team. This position will provide professional human resources support to the Deputy Chief of Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assists the Deputy CHRO in the development of training on a variety of Human Resources (HR) disciplines to be used to train agency HR staff in all divisions

- Coordinates and leads HR teams in the development of standard operating procedures for core HR functions

- Produces a variety of HR report, develops charts and updates/maintains the HRA huddle Board

- Conducts research and prepares correspondence on HR related issues and tracks major projects



- Human resources practices and procedures

- Microsoft Office suite applications

- Oral and written communication

- Manage time efficiently

- Generate reports and manipulate data

- Develop presentations and present to and/or train HR staff

- Identify and implement process improvements

- Develop standard operating procedures

- The ideal/preferred candidate will have experience working in a HR office environment using the LEAN principles
