This position is responsible to design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Archer platform. This position is responsible for architecting and documenting technical solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. Provide guidance on technical architecture, integration, development, configuration, customization efforts for the team. Mentor and coach technical and non-technical team members. 


-        Develops new applications to meet functional and technical designs; Fixes and develops changes to applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines; Work to analyze, debug, and resolves defects in applications

-        Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned; Completes unit and system test application changes to ensure quality of work; Performance tunes, reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes

-        Engages with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and contributes to completion of functional specifications; Prepares technical documentation on application specifications

-        Creates deliverables according to the Software Development Life-cycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation; Analyzes and resolves development issues in a timely manner

-        Analyzes and assists with creating reusable and enterprise level modules/applications; Assists in interviewing and training new hires and provide guidance to Junior Developers when required; Reviews and recommends improvements to existing architectures; Performance tunes, reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes.


Knowledge of:

-        Multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, multiple development platforms, and systems integration

-        Security and audit topics: PCI and HIPAA

-        Creating fields, reports, iViews and dashboards.

-        Configuring access control, record permissions, events, and notifications

-        Archer security structure, data feeds/API, Data Drive Events (DDE), and configuration for data feeds

-        Governance, Risk, and Compliance concepts

-        Archer 6.2 or above


Skill in:

-        Strong customer service

-        Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications

-        Self-motivated


 Ability to:

-        Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks based on business requirements

-        Work collaboratively in teams and across organizations

-        Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

-        Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization

-        Develop and write technical documentation

-        Quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs, and platforms

-        Evaluate and test emerging technologies

-        Apply creative solutions to business problems to ensure business needs are most effectively met





-        Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)

-        5 or more years of administering RSA Archer and analysis experience

-        Salesforce administration experience

-        RSA Archer Certified Administrator



-        The selected candidate will be required to undergo a criminal history investigation. 

-        Applicants for this position will be required to apply for and show proof of receipt of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card that meets DES requirements for a Level One card.

-         Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment.  Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks,must  maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12.)
